Jagadish Mundra and wife Padma started a gemstone trading business in 1982 in Chicago and sons Rakesh and Nikesh joined in late 90's. After their marriage their wives, Neeta and Shweta too joined the business. The hard work paid off and the business flourished. The family decided to give something back to the society. Thought of providing quality education to the children of their place of origin in remote rural area, resulted in setting up of Sesomu School.
