| The only word that today comes to my mind when some one asks me to describe SESOMU is AWESOME. . . . So. . . Finally i am over from here . . Which i really was wishing for past years but today i really really . . Felt and understood that every step or every action that was taken against us was . . Truly for you benefit and now i even will not be able to say sorry and ask pardon from all those who were part of Sesomu family . How could i mis understand . . People who just wished nice for me . . I think . . I should say sorry . . To every one . . . And i hope you all will pardon me . . . As you always did. . .this school gives every child the best childhood . . And all those qualities to survive the world growing so fast today . . . I will ever be obliged to the school . . . Its founders its mentors its management . . . Whom i always hated . . And i feel ashamed of all that i did . . . It was really pleasure studying here in the school and . . . So thanks to all of you . . . . . I guess this is a genuine thanks . . . .. . Anyways . . It was a real pleasure being in the school . . And i believe that it will be at the top very soon . . Still it is at the top of our list . . . I hope i could tell it to every indian . . . Finally i owe this school a lot and ya . . . I will surely do my bit to repay it . . |

Knowing the essence of basic education amongst all had taken a step ahead to inpart basic education to the poor community who would have been left uneducated due to the family inability to spend on their education. I wish Sesomu all the best for this program. |

What wonderful news! Ever since the first day I visited your place, I've been so much impressed that I have told your story to a lot of my friends. Last time, when I was attending a gathering of Indians in California, I mentioned about your pioneering effort in starting a school from scratch, and taking it to the height of excellence. I'm quite sure that you know it, excellence is not a matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. All of the greatest schools started off just the same as yours, and then they just keep on tacking new successes on day by day. Probably, you may remember how late Rabindra Nath Tagore started "Shanti-Niketan". Just like that, and then it acquired the prominence and ideal place in the memory of the nation. I have no idea of it's present position, but someone told me that it has become an excellent institution of higher learning. I can easily see in the future that you both will devote all of your time, energy, and resources in building this school as the best, and probably leave a legacy that will last forever. Keep on doing such an excellent job. May God provide you all the encouragement and inspiration to carry this auspicious project.

Dear Mr. Mundhra, my name is adam kline. rok and your lovely wife padma sell pearls and diamonds to me in the states. I have been talking to Rok a lot lately and he shared with me the school you and your family created in India. I was so excited Rok could not get me off the phone. I am sure he was thinking why did i even bring it up. I have been glued to your site ever since he shared it with me. Let me explain after college I started a not for profit orginization and i traveled all over the USA and Canada lecturing on learning disabilities and how to help children and teachers deal with them. I myself have severe learning disabilities ask padma lol lol. Enough of that, my excitement came because ALL MY LIFE I HAVE WANTED TO START MY OWN SCHOOL!!!!!! You are my hero. I have read everything I could about your school. You and your family are simply amazing!! I have sung your praises to many of my education friends that i still keep in contact with. I am writing you for nothing else then to say I am honored to have met someone with such depth and vision, you are incredible. You truly get children and want to make a positive impact on there lives. May God bless you and your staff. I am truly inspired to get back into education. I love diamonds, but kids thats where my heart is. It is obvious that you and Padma raised two wonderful boys and now you are making a powerful difference in the next generation. I kid you not i have tears in my eyes as i type this because "you get it"! you understand. i just thank you for what you are doing. If there is anything iI could ever do to help you PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO ASK. I still have many contacts and would not hesitate to call them if it could benefit your school. I really never expected that i will be able to find my town on net. Because of you, today children are getting high standred education like in big cities, which was not possible earlier. Now they can also getting a good environment of studies, which is not available in our grovenment or private schools. But you should provide more facilities, so students will have no need to go other cities for pursuing their dreams after completing 10th or 12th standard. |

Nice work, good ideas.
Now, if I may say so, to the more 'westernized' NRI's, this does have a whiff of being an institution for the sons and daughters of the privileged in India. Although the 'fees' are modest - for which I applaud you - the mention of $4,500 or so for donations suggests a school for NRI's. To serve mother India, the poor desperately need to be lifted. I strongly urge you to use your creative energies to tranform large numbers of lives among the poorest of India's poor. Now that you have demonstrated ability to create an institution from scratch, how about an eye-popping example for all of India's insensitive rich - a school of equal quality for very poor and disadvantaged children?
Kudos for the good work so far.

Your pioneering efforts in making this school, an ideal school will have tremendous impact not only in Rajasthan but in many other states of India. I have told your story to many friends and have even quoted it in some of my public lectures. What you are doing is the most constructive and highly impacting work, which will revolutionize the approach towards teaching, learning, and educating the young people of India. All good projects, just start like that and in due course they became the most powerful force in the community. So I salute you, for your hard work, devotion, and dedication to this project and hope and pray that the Almighty God gives you many many more years of healthy and active life to continue this project. So one day we may have a full fledged university producing brilliant young people like the so called "IIT Graduates". Next week I have been invited to speak on the "Trials and Times of Indian Entrepreneurs: What Lies Ahead" at the 25th anniversary celebration of NFIA. If I don't see you there I will try to see you in the near future. Indira joins me in congratulating you for all your hard work in building up this institution.

Nice to get the news about Sesomu. Congratulation on the first board exams for 10th graders and approval of 11th & 12th grades that probably have started now. Pictures of the site, location and school are very good. Wish you all the success in the future projects. Hope to see you both and kids soon.

| Sesomu School is the first school that has started "Perpetual Change" program for the betterment of the society. Knowing the essence of basic education amongst all had taken a step ahead to inpart basic education to the poor community who would have been left uneducated due to the family inability to spend on their education. I wish Sesomu all the best for this program. |
